1. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
• You’ll receive an email confirmation and tracking number once your order ships.

2. Domestic Shipping (Canada)

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited shipping options available at checkout
• Shipping fees vary based on order total and selected speed

3. International Shipping

• We currently ship to select countries. International shipping rates and times vary.
• Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Local delivery

We offer 24-hour self-service pickup at our designated location for your convenience.

How It Works:

1. Select Local Pickup at checkout.
2. You’ll receive a pickup confirmation email within 1–2 business days once your order is ready.
3. Your order will be placed in our secure drop-off location and available for pickup anytime within the next 24 hours.

• If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier first.
